1.2343 (WP5)

It is a hot work steel that combines its excellent toughness with high temperature resistance,

resistance to thermal conditions and good thermal conductivity.

Description

Its toughness is at its peak when it is produced by EFS and ESR methods.

Since its thermal conductivity is better than 2344, it is more preferred especially

in large aluminum injection molds and large-scale extrusion molds.
