1.2358 (AMO)

Description

It is a medium alloyed cold work steel. It is usually delivered pre-hardened.

In addition to its high hardening capacity, hardenability to the core and toughness,

one of the reasons for preference is its weldability. It has excellent surface hardenability.

Due to these features, it is more preferred in sheet metal plastering molds such as auto body molds.
