1.1730 (Extra Nr.45)

It is used in mold holders for plastic and metal injection molds, hand tools, agricultural tools, foam molds that do not require shine. It is generally used with the delivered hardness.

1.2067 (PV6)

Oil hardening steel with good hardening capability, good wear resistance, shallow depth of hardness

1.2080 (CP10V)

1.2080 Material (CP10V) X210Cr12 is cold work tool steel with ledeburitic structure containing 12% chromium.

1.2311 (MCM)

2738 should be preferred in molds where the hardness is required to be almost at the same level until the core and for better gloss properties.

1.2312 (MCMS)

Plastic mould steel with additional sulphur, usually supplied in a quenched and tempered condition. Polishable, better machinibility compared to 1.2311. Similar to AISI P20+S.

1.2316 (R65)

Stainless martensitic steel with increased Cr-content for improved corrosion resistance. This grade is usually supplied in a quenched and tempered condition. Good polishability.

1.2343 (WP5)

It is a hot work steel that combines its excellent toughness with high temperature resistance, resistance to thermal conditions and good thermal conductivity.

1.2344 (WP5V)

It is a hot work steel that does not lose its mechanical properties and therefore wear resistance at high temperatures. It has very good thermal stability and toughness. Limited cooling possible.

1.2345 (DM51)

It is a hot work tool steel with high hardenability, high toughness and temperature resistance. It is a hot work tool steel with high wear resistance, high attainable hardness, good heat resistance and good dimensional stability in line with its increased carbon content.

1.2358 (AMO)

1.2358 Material (D - AMO) 60CrMov18-5 Medium alloy cold work tool steel. It is usually delivered pre-hardened.

1.2363 (P5M)

1.2363 Material (P5M) X100CrMoV5 is an air-hardening special cold work tool steel.

It acts as a bridge between medium alloy and high alloy cold work steels.

1.2365 (DM3)

It is a hot work steel with high thermal conductivity, which does not lose its hardness at high temperatures.
